Some Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What areas do you cover?
A: We normally work within a 100 mile radius of Hereford but will sometimes make an exception.

Q: Once I decide on my kitchen, how long before it can be installed?
A: From the date you place your order it will take approximately 4 to 8 weeks.

Q: How long will it take to install my new kitchen?
A: An average kitchen will take about 5 days.

Q: What about taking out my old kitchen units and appliances?
A: We will remove any existing units and take them from site if required. We would ask that all units are emptied beforehand! We do not take away fridges.

Q: Do I have to find my own electrician or plumber?
A: No, there is no need as we will organise any electrical work and plumbing (including gas) that has to be done.

Q: I'd like a kitchen from you but have someone who will fit it for me.
A: We can supply a kitchen without being involved in the fitting.

Q: What are your terms of payment?
A: 50% deposit with order; 50% on completion of installation. (For supply only kitchens, 50% with order and 50% on delivery.)
